Explore's hashtags are thumb-sized on a wide phone

On a 412px phone a hashtag's name and its week fit on one line, and the button that opens its feed was 40px tall; on
touch it is at least 44px, centred. The last finding of the full phone sweep (238 passed, 1 failed, the rest of the
suite unchanged).
