Subject: [PATCH] Explore's tabs no longer vanish under a long list

The tab strip sat in a flex column taller than the page, and a sideways-scrolling box may shrink to nothing there: on a
phone the five tabs had no height at all and couldn't be reached. It keeps its size now (flex-none). Found by the phone
sweep.
